Pastoral Transition at Oak Haven Church:
After pastoring here for 27 years, Pastor Fred Tuma retired from his pastorate at Oak Haven Church. Sunday, June 22nd was his final worship service at the church. Fred and his wife Shirley have moved to their home in Lakeland, MN and hope to continue in part-time ministry possibly with a position at the Minnesota Baptist Conference.
Oak Haven welcomes our new Senior Pastor Timothy Walker and his wife Bonnie. The Walkers come from a church in Emery, South Dakota. An installation service was held on Sunday June 29th.
Fall Dates:
- Sunday, September 7 - "Oak Haven on a Stick" Ministry Fair
- Wednesday, September 10th-Wednesday night programming begins
- Sunday, September 14th - Sunday school begins @ 9:45 am

- August 21 - Annual Pig Roast & Program @ Oak Haven Church.
- September 16 - (Possible) Lake Minnetonka Cruise
- Oct. 21 - AAMOT's Apple Orchard, Lunch @ Josephs and Dessert at Pastor Fred / Shirley's home.
