ACORN ACADEMY preschool Open Houses:  August 27 & 28th from 4-6 pm 10% discount for member or regular attendees of Oak Haven Church.

C.O.P. Days-August 4th and 28th (Clean, Organize, and Prepare).  Please come out and help us prepare for fall ministry by cleaning and organizing storage areas, classrooms, curriculum, and resources for Children's ministries.  Come when you can.

        This is a new group for active retirees and those approaching retirement age and entering the 2nd half of life.

Women's Ministries

• September 12 - Women's Book Club: meet in the library @church 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a discussion on our current book: By Gones by Kim Vogel / Sawyer         

• September 12-14 - Women's Retreat.  Theme:  "Just between Friends" @ Trout Lake Camp.  See brochure & Registration information @ Women's Ministries table to the right of the mailboxes.  Note:  You must register on your own.

Men's Ministries

Save the Date:  September 19-21,2008. Trout Lake Camps Men's Retreats.  The Saturday Night "Grill your own" Steak Dinner is a highlight, but the meat of men's retreat is gathering together as men, getting spiritually renewed, worshipping God and enjoying the outdoors.  See Flyer @ table next to the mailboxes.
